At Mallzoid, we are committed to delivering products that meet your expectations. We understand that sometimes an item may not fit perfectly or you may simply want a different variation. Our exchange policy is designed to ensure a smooth and efficient process, so you can enjoy the products you truly love. Please read through our exchange guidelines carefully.
You are eligible to exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. We require that the item be in the same condition you received it, including any accessories or parts that were included with the original order.
Non-Exchangeable Items: Certain items are not eligible for exchange, such as custom-made or personalized products. Additionally, items that are intimate in nature (e.g., undergarments, swimwear) or are clearly marked as “final sale” on the product page are not eligible for exchange for hygiene reasons.
Once you have contacted us and initiated the process, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the original item. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent, damaged item, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely received.
Once we receive the returned item and it passes inspection to ensure it is in its original condition, we will process your exchange. If the requested item is available, we will ship it to you promptly.
Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the inspection and processing of your exchange after we receive the returned item.
If the item you received is not the right fit or if you simply want a different color, you can easily exchange it by following the return and exchange process outlined above. Please note that we can only exchange for a different size or color if that option is available in our inventory.
Limitations on Availability: For custom-printed or made-to-order items, availability may be limited. If the desired variation is unavailable, we will do our best to accommodate your request or offer alternatives.
Customer-Initiated Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item due to preference (e.g., size or color), you are responsible for return shipping fees. Once we receive the returned item, you will need to cover any shipping fees for sending the replacement product as well.
Company-Initiated Exchanges (Defects or Errors): If the exchange is due to an error on our part, such as a wrong item shipped or a manufacturing defect, we will cover all shipping costs, including the return shipping of the defective product and the shipping of the correct replacement item.
Multiple Exchanges: We allow only one exchange per item. If the exchanged item still doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund instead of a second exchange.
International Exchanges: At the moment, our primary focus is on shipping within the U.S., but if you are outside the U.S. and require an exchange, please contact us for assistance and we will explore the available options.
